Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Domestic Partner Items (Shopify Collective Brands) Products fulfilled by our US-based brand partners typically ship faster:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Dropshipped Items (International Suppliers) Some specialty items ship directly from our international suppliers:
- Economy Shipping: 15–30 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- ePacket (where available): 7–15 business days
Items from international suppliers will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Tracking information is emailed to you once your order has shipped. During peak seasons, please allow additional time for delivery.
